Was subpar for the price the owner was fairly cheap.. the hot tub was not ready at all even after several hours of arrival. Wanted every thing set at a bare minimum to minimize their expenses..Had to ask for paper towels and had to pay extra for use of canoe. Host was nice but was not really ready available
