The biggest regret is the nickle-dime mentality of charging what was close to another night for a three hour early check in. I was really surprised that check-in was at 4pm! You could see a lot of people were as they turned away from the option. This also created a bit of a bottleneck at 4 when everyone came back. It looked like check in at the airport."
