This spacious contemporary home boasts a unique multi-level deck that wraps around one side, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The lush green lawn provides ample space for games.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some good, some a little frustrating. I arrived late in the evening and was disappointed that directions to enter the house were not accurate. There was no key in the lock box as advised, but the house was open. We did not have a key for the time we stayed there. Also the place was not clean, in particular the dishes and pots and pans had to be washed prior to use. The fact there was no frying pan made breakfast a little different and the no linens policy is an inconvenience. However the design of the house was great and it was comfortable and we had a good stay. For the price it should be attended to better.

BagelhoundOther reviews from past years say the kitchen is not equipped and the grill is old/falling apart Neither are true There is one glaring issue that im not sure is fixable but didn't negatively effect our experience: The well is full of salt water and is not potable (sounds like down east maine) We were four adults and two tweens We went through about 13 gallons of drinking water over the week and if cost or plastic use bother you there are plenty of nearby places to grab free water, Marconi Beach being the closest

Beautiful sprawling trex decking, wide open kitchen/dining/living area w/ bonus screened in porch off kitchen/ dining area. 2 bedrooms w/ kings and central air throughout. Also, the property was treated for mosquitos & bugs were non-existant. Definitely a runner for next years trip! Thanks Robert Paul!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very clean and seemed well-maintained. We were disappointed the front door access didn’t work preventing a handicapped relative to join us as decks to alternate entry had no railings. While we are fine with no dishwasher, the dish drainer rack and pan didn’t match the dishes and, leaked on the counter. The ‘grill’ stovetop isn’t useful so only 2 burners useable for pots and pans and fan doesn’t work so cooking odors can’t be cleared.

A Wonderful Retreat!

We absolutely loved this house. It’s roomy, comfortable and clean. The house itself is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. Aside from providing our own bed linens & towels, everything we needed was provided. Lovely to eat on the screened in porch or on the deck! Someone obviously put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable. The location is also wonderful. The house is surrounded by trees so there’s privacy. It’s on a quiet street and just a short walk to beautiful marshland and scenic Lt Island Bridge. Easy drive to beaches, restaurants & neighboring towns like Truro, Eastham, Orleans & Ptown. Our only caveat would be that, if you have mobility issues, you may find the outside stairs & multilevel deck challenging, as there’s no other way to get into the house. But otherwise, they are not problematic. The property managers were professional & very easy to work with. This vacation house is a gem!
