The place may be acceptable to male college students, but not the average adult with taste. Everything was worn out looking and very dark and dank within the unit. The plastic blind at the door was chewed up by (I am assuming) a dog. The house and neighborhood are very nice, but not the rental room. I decided to not stay there.

this is our third stay. It is a convenient location for us. The studio is always very clean and quiet. Private bathroom a definite plus. Mini fridge and microwave. Keurig coffee maker. Nice neighborhood. Designated parking spot. We have only great things to say about this studio! Will definitely stay again and again!

Cute Studio

We attended a family event in Wellington, FL, and found this to be a perfect place for us--a pretty little studio with its own entrance at the back of a residential home in a quiet neighborhood. We walked under the mango tree and used the code to unlock the door to a room with a comfortable bed, a quiet working air conditioner, and a bathroom stocked with nice, white towels. Much better and less expensive than a hotel room.

I really liked the property. The bed sits rather low so was somewhat difficult to get out of. The desk chair does not stay in the taller position, so you have to keep adjusting it. Well appointed and stocked.

Angela was very helpful with the reservation. Information sent three days prior was acurate. The facility was very clean and cozy. Only two minor issues. It would be helpful to have inmstructions for use of the tv as many channels needed a code. The only other issue was low pressure in the shower. Otherwise it was a great stay...

We traveled to Fla for Juno beach where my family vaca as a child. Wellington is very clean and beautifully landscaped. The Studo was very nice and so were the owners. Would highly recomend. We will go again.
