RIGHT ACROSS FROM WEST DENNIS BEACH and West Dennis Yacht Club!!!

This beautiful 4 bedroom home is situated just steps from the entrance of West Dennis Beach. Known as an upside-down house, the first floor will host most of the bedrooms. Upon entering the home, you will find a living room with views of the marsh. Bedroom 2 offers a king size bed and flat screen tv. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed, flat screen tv and peaks of the marsh. Bedroom 4 is a large oversized room, with 2 trundle beds (beds are Double with a Twin bed under) and great marsh views!

The second level of this home includes gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean and the marsh! Open kitchen, dining and living room, allows for the whole family to be together at the same time. Well- equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, comfortable dining and large sectional with large tv and great views! A king-sized bedroom is on the other side of the living room, which offers a tv and more of the incredible views. There is a full bathroom upstairs as well.

Escape to the large deck off of the dining room. This is a great spot for bird watching and people watching! Panaramic views and plenty of seating for entertaining and/or lounging. Home has an enclosed outside shower and a large yard for lawn games. Launch your kayak from the river located in the back yard.

Special Note: Tvs are Smart tvs- no cable. Owner has Fubo for Streaming.
Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

The house is well maintained with three bedrooms on the first floor (one is really for kids) and the main speacious living area and master bedroom on the second floor, allowing for gorgeous views. The house is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable (with the exception of one of the trundle beds). Even with a mostly rainy few weeks :(, being in this lovely beach home and near activities made for a relaxing time.

I can't say enough good things about both the home and Martha Murray. The location is perfect! The home is clean, bright and well stocked with everything you could ever want. The rooms are spacious and having three bathrooms is great! The outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach. We'll keep coming back as often as we can!

It's spacious, very clean and has water views from just about every window! Martha Murray is wonderful to work with and are very accommodating. I wouldn't rent from any other agency. The rooms are big, the kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor shower is wonderful after a day at the beach. I cannot say enough about this place! It's perfect!

The house was well furnished and the kitchen/living area on the second floor was exactly what we hoped for--the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the sectional in the living room was big enough for everyone to stretch out and relax. All of the bedrooms were large and comfortable and having three full bathrooms was so nice. A short walk (literally across the street) and we were at the beach! Perfect beach house....highly recommend!

The house is super clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are nice sized and having 3 bathrooms is great! I can't forget to mention the location! There are water views from every room. You can walk to the beach and the Lighthouse Inn for dinner. We've rented all over this area of West Dennis for many years and this is by far our favorite place. We'll definitely be back again next year.

Great House Near West Dennis Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year staying two weeks in this property on Loring Ave. The fit is good for the people coming and going during the stay. The management company was very responsive to fix the alarms that went off one night. The only recommendation I would offer is to improve the wi-fi signal as it only really functions well on the north side of the property. And the signal is very weak in the great room where much time is spent. Other than that, we were very happy with the rental.
