A well-equipped kitchen and two separate dining areas provide the perfect opportunity to share meals. Enjoy your morning coffee on the expansive deck located just off the living room. Soak up the sun, enjoy outdoor dining, or simply unwind with a book and enjoy the view. Stairs from the deck lead directly to private beach access on the sandy shoreline of Lake Michigan.

Four main-floor bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping options:

Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Lower level: 2 twin bunks

There is an additional full bath on this floor, as well as a dedicated workspace. The lower level is perfect for younger guests and the young at heart, offering an array of entertainment options. Two sets of bunk beds, a TV/gaming area, a ping pong table, and a foosball table provide endless hours of fun. The full bathroom with a huge walk-in shower on this level also doubles as a convenient spot to rinse off after a day at the beach.

PARKING
There is space for 4-5 vehicles at the top of the driveway. Guests also have access to the garage, which provides two additional parking spaces.

THE LOCATION
West Olive is conveniently located between Holland and Grand Haven. Take a day trip to the vibrant downtown, where you can enjoy first-class shopping, dining, and entertainment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
