The Space:

Welcome to "Buttercup", brought to you by Palm Beach Vacation Rentals. Buttercup, a 3 bedroom vacation home, is located at the highest point in the peaceful Grandview Heights Historic District, which is within the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District immediately adjacent to downtown West Palm Beach. This luxuriously furnished, fully equipped vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen, laundry room and a charming front porch for relaxing.



This property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk or bike ride to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Howard Park with jogging paths, 9 public tennis courts and the Armory Art Center is located just a few hundred feet from this home. This home does not have a pool, however, Buttercup is only a few minutes walk to the West Palm Beach Hilton, where guests can acquire a day pass to access the expansive pool, jacuzzi and resort area, which features food and cocktail options. The Palm Beach County Convention Center and Rosemary Square, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Norton Museum of Art and Grandview Public Market are all within easy walking distance.

Great location!

Location was great and team was very responsive. We had internet issues and they came lte at night to fix it. House is good for a small family would definitely recommend having more seating so that folks can sit together. Also kitchen could use some more essentials like scissors, small bowls etc.

winter vacation

The house was a perfect size for 3 adults and 2 teenage kids for an 8 day stay. The house was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe. The park with tennis courts, walking path and basketball courts is close as is the city center area with shops and restaurants. The property manager was a huge help on xmas eve when I misplaced the house key and needed to get into the property. They definitely went the extra mile on the eve of a holiday.

Enjoyable family stay

This was our first home rental, we typically stay at hotels. My family enjoyed staying here while attending a dance competition at the convention center. The neighborhood was charming and felt safe with an easy 5-10 minute walk to the convention center. The accommodations were clean and the host was great, very informative and allowed us to maximize our stay. We appreciated dual televisions and a bathroom downstairs. There were leftover items from guests past in cabinets, some might be helpful to future guests. We are accustomed to a king bed and the bed in the primary suite was noticeably smaller. Basic toiletries were provided and the oversized island was great!

Lovely house, great location!

Stayed here with colleagues for a conference. Easy walk to the conference center, restaurants, shops, etc. in a very nice peaceful neighborhood. The house was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Rental group was very friendly and flexible.

Beautiful home centrally located to everything can’t wait to go back

Beautiful home. Very clean! Host was amazing!! The home is located near everything and anything you need including a 3 minute drive to a supermarket! Park around the corner great for kids and adults working out. The home is nicely decorated and hands down the cleanest Vrbo we’ve stayed in. We look forward to returning and staying here!

Awesome Property, Well Located

This is a very well maintained and appointed property. It is located with easy access to beaches, shopping and other local attractions. Located on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood, great for morning walks then off to the beach. The porch out front is great for sitting and enjoying a nice evening with family. Nice sitting area in backyard with great built in grill. Would love to come next summer and stay for a month.
