Casa Aria is a 6bd/3ba with a spacious 2500 SF floor plate. It is close most everything in West Palm Beach - The Zoo, The Airport, The Beaches, Palm Beach, Downtown, great golf courses.

Upon entry to the home, you are greeted by the living room, that is equipped with a large sofa and 50" Smart TV. Behind the living room couch, is a dining nook that seats up to 5 people. There is also 4 stools for the kitchen counter and 2 more with the cafe table.

To the left of the living room is the Disney/Mickey room with 2 twin beds. To the right of the living room is 2 bedrooms (with King beds) and a full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped (refridgerator, freezer, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, knife set, plates, bowls, kitchenware, silverware, and more). It is spacious if you plan to do any cooking.

If you walk past the kitchen, to the left is the laundry room with washer/dryer. Straight ahead is the Master with a king bed, full walk in closet, Smart TV, attached bathroom, and attached office area. To the right is another bedroom with a king bed. It is attached to a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom is newly renovated. The last King bedroom is in the back of the house and is equipped with a Smart TV and desk.

FAQs
Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Yes, 24 hours a day.

Q: PARKING?
A: We have two separate driveways that fits up to 4 cars.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. Same with hotel-size toiletries (unless we happen to be out, which is rare).

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.

Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!

$1000 smoking/party fee
Quiet hours: 9pm to 8am
One time pet fee of $200. Only dogs under 40lbs allowed.
No guests are allowed in the home, unless permission is received from the host
-If items are left behind and guest wants it mailed back, guest will be charged a $25 trip fee along with the shipping cost

If our cleaners agree to early check-in / check out they charge us:
-Early check-Ins at 2pm $100
-Late Check-Outs at noon $100

Any stay over 15 days requires a Mid Stay clean at $40/hr
Minimum age to book is 25.
