Welcome to our beautiful home located right next to downtown! Our prime location offers easy access to restaurants, vibrant nightlife, & exciting arts & culture events. The property has a Ring doorbell camera, a camera looking at the garage's exterior, a camera looking at the side gate entrance, and a camera overlooking the pool/bbq area. Cameras are used for the safety of guests and in cases of emergency. Recordings are deleted every 30 days. Only host has access to recordings.

The house was beautiful, well cared for, and very spacious for our girls weekend. The pool was listed as “heated” but unfortunately was not ready to go when we arrived. I communicated with the owner and he promptly said he would turn them on. They did not kick on and I had to reach out to the owner a second time, and the pool was cold our entire time. This was a disappointment to us, as we picked this house because of the heated pool.

Such a restful vacation!

My husband and I and our Italian Greyhound had such a wonderful stay at this home. It was everything we were hoping for. The pictures were very accurate, and the home was spotless. We had a couple of questions when we checked in and the owner replied very quickly! We stayed for two weeks. This was the first time my husband and I stayed somewhere for two weeks, and it was a great decision. To be honest, when we arrived, we weren't sure about the neighborhood, but found it to be very quiet, and we even met some of the neighbors on our walks and everyone was so nice! If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, this is the place! But literally within a mile or two, you could find an outlet mall, tons of restaurants, downtown WPB, etc etc.This place is also very dog-friendly. They have the cutest little area set up with a dog bed, toys, food and water dish, etc. Our Italian Greyhound is very nervous around new places but she took to it here quickly. I don't think she wanted to leave!Anyway, can't say enough good things about our trip and and this property - we will probably come back!

Exactly What We Needed

We were in town for a wedding. This option allowed our group of 6 (2 couples and 2 singles) to stay together for a fraction of the price of getting multiple hotel rooms. The property was designed perfectly for us with 4 bedrooms. Location was key for us and this location was perfectly centralized for all wedding activities. Would I rather be beachfront than in a neighborhood? Of course. But for the price, the pool area felt private and it was only 15 minutes drive to get to beautiful beaches when we wanted to. Our only mistake was renting 2 cars. Since you have to pay for parking everywhere in town, uber was the best option most times we needed to get around. I’m easy going and didn’t really need the host for anything, but he seemed nice and had good communication. Overall was an outstanding value for our needs.

Great location near Downtown

This location was convenient for anywhere we wanted to go. We were not far from downtown and the beach, and we were not far from the Tanger Outlet Mall, Target, Whole Foods and restaurants. In addition, we were near the airport! The neighborhood was nice and quite.

Overall the actual property was very nice, and the check in process was simple.However, workers kept coming unannounced to service the pool. I understand there was scheduled maintenance set to take place the day we arrived but workers showed up the day after, did not announce themselves, and practically began to put chemicals in the pool while someone was in it. We then could not go in the pool for multiple hours. The workers then came back unannounced later that day to again service one of the filters. I wish we had been informed workers were scheduled to be performing maintenance while we were staying.

Golf trip

Booked this home in Palm Beach for a 5 day golf trip. Each of us had our own bedroom. Very comfortable. Very clean. Our host Stepan was very responsive when it came to recommending places to shop for groceries, etc. I would strongly consider re-booking next time I’m in the area.

Fun stay, great heated pool and location!

We had an amazing stay at Stephan’s place. It was a great location, the pool was heated perfectly, and there was plenty of room! The beds were comfy, there was a closet in every room which was nice to be able to put the luggage in to tidy up. We would definitely come back!

Great Family Visit

We enjoyed our stay. The layout is comfortable and the public area allowed all of us to spend time together. Beds were super comfortable except for the primary bed. The furniture was roomy and comfortable. There was ample space to share meals, counter seating for quick bites or to visit with the chief while preparing meals. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The dog area is adorable. The washer and dryer worked well. The yard was nice and the location convenient for all the wedding activities, shopping and driving to the beach.

Overall a good place to stay. Would’ve liked the pool to be a little more cleaner, but loved it was heated. I could nitpick, but that would be pointless. Would recommend to others for sure and would stay there again.
