Tanaya was FANTASTIC! She is someone special and helped my husband and I make 3:30am transportation arrangements and helped me with my boarding passes (we're sr. citizens lost in the technology world we live in). Tanaya took all of the stress out of our traveling, who says that in 2025???but she honestly did. Courtyard Marriott in West Palm Beach has a wonderful employee there, l want EVERYONE WHO MANAGES THIS MARRIOTT to know about her, and takes care of her as they should, she is a valuable asset to your corporation.

Toilet didn’t flush. Rust on door hinges in bathroom bathtub didn’t have skid proof in shower everything was out dated old worn out carpet had Hugh stains every. Just dirty. Never going back. Heard gun shots during the night near by

Larry made me feel welcomed during my stay and asked what i was in town for. During check out he asked me how the concert was and that made me feel noticed. The rest of tbe staff was super friendly. I would stay here again even though our room could have been a little cleaner especially the bed and shower. Other than that it was perfect for 1 night.
