The front clerks were great. The rooms were nice and clean. I did not like that the cleaning staff was changing trash out as we were eating. Also, housekeeping was knocking at our door to clean at 8am. Check out was not until 12pm.

The water out of the sink barely came out. The blanket was thin and looked like they were from the hospital. The shower leaked all over the floor, curtain was so thin it didn’t hold the water in, not to mention it was too small for the tub. They charged my credit card $100 for reserves. It still has not come off. I will have to dispute it. I will never stay there again.

I was given a handicap room. Smaller than average and right next to the elevator which made noise all night. When initially trying to change rooms the desk clerk advised Imust have asked for a handicap room or the cheapest room (both not true) and another room would be an upgrade in price which I did not do. I paid $197 for one night
