This was a clean, no-frills motel style lodging in a great location with respect to the many trailheads and the shuttle park-and-ride. The property is older and has had a bit of a facelift in terms of the rooms and bathrooms, however there is only so much one can do without a complete gut-job. Still, considering the high prices everywhere in Sedona, this is a great option for the budget-conscious traveller while still providing comfortable and clean facilities. Breakfast is basic. The pool and hottub are a draw for families. Gerardo’s pizzeria was great but about an hour wait - make reservations if you can! Overall, my family of four enjoyed our stay and of course the beauty of Sedona!

Premium suite including sofa bed did not seem for 4 people. Sofa bed was basically not suitable for sleep due to the condition. Front desk said all Premium suite have same horrible sofa bed. Right before i check out, i found used condon from drawers. Disgusting.
