The hotel has big potential or it had, now is old and the rooms were musty. The sofa bed was old and you could feel all the springs in your back. The carpet very old and dirty. They said they are starting full renovation soon. It really needs it. The waterapark was awesome. We asked for a later checkout because of our flight, but they didn't do not even an hour complimentary.

Would not go back.

For the price of the room, I would have expected better quality furnishings. The sofa bed was beat up and old and had lost its cushioning. The vanity area above the sink, where the ventilation resides, includes black mold around the side. The pool area is pretty but definitely smaller than what you see online. The pool drinks were $15+. The construction was going on night and day. Just a rather unpleasant experience.

Hotel was great. Water park was a lot of fun. Anyone who says this hotel is rundown is a snob. The hotel was charming and had character. Everything worked in our room and we had multiple pools to visit plus the water park. It wasn’t hot when we visited so it was nice the water was heated at the water park. No need to bring floats or towels. It’s all included.

Room was in terrible condition. Stains and a very dingy couch, no carpet in front room as pictured and my wife was afraid to take off shoes in main room. Just disappointed with Sheraton, for representing this property. They should be embarrassed for representing this property property??? Just really stinks, that you spend the money for spring break and just not good. I would tell future hotel goers to stay away!!!Rates should be 110 at best, charge 35 poorpool when it closes at 6 pm even when arrive after? Pretty unscrupulous. Please stay away!!!
