The only thing I did Not like about the room Was it smelled really humid when we first got there. There were black stains on the walls but there was nothing that they could do. Also the door didn’t lock which wasn’t appreciated.

Our room was somewhat damp to the point where our clothing became somewhat damp. The free breakfast was not great. We have stayed here in the past and it has gone downhill. They now also offer fresh breakfast for purchase, therefore may not be as invested in the free breakfast items which is disappointing. Rooms are reasonably priced but not sure that I would stay here again

The room had a funky odor. The door did not have a top latch lock and it was hard to tell if the door lock was even working right. There was a note that said to use the wall thermostat to adjust the temperature but we didn’t see one. Had to request shampoo. When we went to check out in the morning we could not find any staff at 7:15am.

The hotel was recently remodelled and is relately nice. WHat is not nice is the lack of cleaning. The hallways were filthy. The overall cleaniess is poor to say the least. Its a same because its relatively new. They need to hire more staff or replace the staff they alrady have.

It was okay. Cheap renovations done. Bathtub was so flimsy, it was very noisy every time you moved and felt like it might break. Barn door on a toilet room doesn’t allow for any privacy. Door to room also didn’t close on its own. Had to give it a solid tug or push.

I believe they changed owners cause I stayed before and it was different, the inside pool wasn’t warm at all , very cold . There was no towels in the pool area , I had to ask in the front desk . In the morning went with my baby (11 months old ) to breakfast area , I got a couple of things and set with her in the high chair when I had to grab something else I couldn’t leave her by herself so I grabbed her , the older lady st the breakfast simply put the chair away like I was done and leaving the area . She was rude , the waffle maker wasn’t working , I also told they didn’t have any more cream cheese (I believe because was 15 minutes to finish breakfast time) overall I didn’t like it this time!

The only complaint I have is that there was no place to hang our clothes up in the room. I've never been in a hotel room without a closet or pole to store my clothes that were on hangers. Other than that it was fine.
