Even though it was a holiday stay, partying outside the rooms with loud music until after 3am was intolerable. Calls to the front desk were useless. No sleep for anyone.

I booked a month in advance and asked for a first floor room. We were put on the second floor. There’s at least one girl living there full time who is an anddict and has a dog. There are signs everywhere that animals are not allowed so I’m not sure why she gets to live here with hers. She was leaning over almost falling on the ground. We were woken up two nights by screaming and slamming doors in the hallway. There was a couple people who invited everyone they knew for a bbq so the pool area was completely full one day. They were even doing karaoke. Breakfast was powdered eggs and white sausage. The beds are comfy and we’ve stayed here before but I don’t like staying at shady places that allow illegal activity so I won’t be back.

Check in and out was easy, staff pleasant, room tidy, quiet inside and out. Very dated and easy to see patches (or holes not even patched), seams in the carpet in halls are pulling up and flooring uneven. Breakfast i clused juice, coffee, tea, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit cups. Nothing special, but easy to grab in a pinch. Wasn't the worst, but also not the best.

I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We wanted to extend our stay by a second night and they told us that they were going to charge us before we even got to our hotel room so I hadn't swipe our card. So I had them swipe my card. Not only did they fail to swipe the card for payment and set up a profile the next morning we went out to breakfast they called us at 11:12 letting us know that we needed to vacate the room because we did not have a second reservation. We got to the hotel room before noon and they told my significant other they were going to charge us $360 plus tax for one extra night because we did not make a reservation in advance. We had to argue with the front desk that we made the reservation the day before before we even finished our check-in and they stated no profile or card was on file so because of the sudden rental they were trying to charge us that large amount. We looked online for that exact room number to see how much it would be worth renting out and we found on two different sites prices for $140 $160.186 before taxes. So using hotels.com we paid $250 plus taxes when we could have gotten the room $100 cheaper. While I was in the main hallway during the whole incident I was talking with another guest that we had seen at breakfast at the Denny's a couple miles away and I was asking them what their nightly price was for their room and the manager came running over to prevent me from talking to them and then offered me $150 plus tax for one more night. We declined the offer and left.

No hot water to take a shower! Black mold on the artwork in the bathroom. Bathroom sink clogged and would not drain. Sliding glass door lock was broken at least there was a safety bar to lock it.

Was great for a weekend stay. We had pool access so that was extremely convenient. Clean property, miniature golf was great to have but definitely could use some sprucing up. Having an option to go to the pool indoors or outdoors was also a great feature. Convenient location; walking distance to shopping, food, ice cream and the waterpark!

Not too shabby actually. A diverse range of folks in and out. Safe area, quieter in the sense of less people. You can hear the upstairs room really loud if you’re on the first floor. The sliding door was a bit iffy. The room weren’t too bad some comestic concerns, overall staff were pretty decent, pool and hot tub make this place. Cool mini golf course too.
