Parts of the motel look loke they are getting renovated, which won't hurt. Does have normal wear and tear but overall in good condition, clean room. Staff was awesome and helped resolve small (my fault) issue quickly and easily

Sat in lobby for 30 minutes because the person at the desk didn’t know how to get someone their key when they played online. Finally got a key, walked in the room and the room already had people in it. So then had to go back to get a different room.

One of the worst days I’ve ever had

There is no water pressure in the shower. The pool was out the food downstairs in the breakfast area was expired. The yogurt was out of expiration by two weeks and there was no available ice machine that was working on site.

Quite surprised this was a Quality Inn. It just seemed like a cheap, very dated motel room. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor. The panel above the shower was falling out with nails sticking out of it, and the back of the bathroom door was splattered with something. The room was also very noisy from the road, and also the gas station across the street (lots of trucks filling up in the middle of the night). I did not gave a good sleep.

Not staying here again.

At check in I asked for a room in the back where it’d be quiet, nobody on either side. He said ok. Less than 30 minutes in the room, a noisy neighbor in the room next to me. Nobody in any of the other rooms. And a bunch of hair on the bed, and crumbs throughout the floor. Yuck! I’ve stayed here in the past and it was pretty good. The guy at the front desk cost them my business.

Poor maintenance.

The road to the hotel and the parking lot was a joke. Barely shoveled enough. The room looked like it was built into repurposed supply building or something. Sort of off-putting. When we got into the room, we found that the items (phone, lamp, etc.) that were next to the bed
.were on the floor. There were no end tables! What I assume were the end tables were propped up against the opposite wall. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the doorknob for the bathroom was broken and the door wouldn’t shut all the way, the trim at the bottom of the entrance door was all torn up, letting cold air in (it was an exterior room), & the desk chair was really worn down. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. They can’t clean properly or offer a “finished” space.

Friendly staff and a quiet stay.

The staff is very friendly. The room was nice. It was quiet. There were no loud people or barking dogs. I’d stay here again.

After check-in, I was accidentally placed in an already occupied room--the first time that has happened to me in my life! Once I went back to the front desk, they changed me to a different room. The snow removal around the hotel was poor, though. Everything else was excellent.

The parking lot was not plowed very well, between the car and going to the sidewalk to the room it was icy, we almost fell because it was so icy! The beda were not very comfortable, there was no sugar for the coffee/tea! The tub would not drain properly! I was very disappointed with thos Quality Inn stay, usually i really enjoy my stay at Quality Inns but this was the worat one i have ever been to! I was so disappointed this time!!! The picture on the wall had mildew stain on it.

We stayed at Quality Inn in Weston, W.V. and had a terrible experience. Our room was filthy. I tried to talk with a manager twice while there and was told by staff that Nick was unavailable. I've called 3 times to speak with Nick; he has not returned my calls. Hair & debris piled in bathroom corner, ironing board cover ripped open, bathtub with gunk all over bottom – like someone emptied mop bucket. Crumbs on the floor by the bed, sticky hairdryer, broken bathroom floor tile (dangerous legal liability). I have photos of our room, if you would like to see them. At first, I asked for a discount; now I would like full refund. Thank you.

Okay stay for somewhere to sleep for a night.

The sheets and towels seemed clean, as well as the room itself. However, the bathroom had trash in the floor, the bathtub was questionable, the bathroom door handle looked like I may get locked in if I shut the door, and there were random pieces of countertops propped up against the wall. The bed was comfortable. Not a bad stay for a night.

Enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the room , but the spout could have been bigger to fill up faster. Took a while to fill up. (No big deal ) Overall the staff was great ! Very friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to accommodate us even booking us an extra day at the last minute. Very pleased with the rate.

We were surprised that the commode was in the shower with no privacy, mold in the shower which only had tepid water. The good thing was clean bedding. It appeared to be in the process of updating the property so maybe it will be better. They did have a good variety of breakfast foods. Loved the biscuits and gravy!
