Really surprised ! It’s very clear it’s not being kept up . The bathroom Sink kept clogging , the shower pressure was terrible , housekeeping didn’t refill many of the materials for the room. Going to have to think twice before staying there again

My hotel door was broken and they had no other rooms, I had to leave the dead bolt open so the door didn’t close and lock us out. It took the staff almost an hour to break into the room for us while my son sat in the hallway with no shoes, wet swim shorts and no shirt.

My booking with Hotel.com did not show up in their system. I gave them the itentirary number that was provided. It did not work. The hotel had to call to get our reservation. Very inconvenient. Also, pool was over chlorinated and irritaed all the kids skin

Room was nice a friendly staff but killed a stink bug on wall behind tv, then another crawling across tv while I was watching it, another crawling up wall just above light on night stand, another in side lamp shade of lamp at desk. Because of these didn’t sleep well kept thinking was was crawling on me. If not for multiple stink bugs place would have been great
