Certainly in keeping with what you would expect from a SpringHill Suites, consistent with others in this chain. When we first checked in, we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. The same thing happened to another guest arriving at the same time. The staff quickly resolved the issue and immediately moved us to a clean room, which was ready and comfortable. I imagine it was just a communication issue between the front desk and housekeeping.

I was disappointed that the place was dirty. There were crumbs in the bed under the comforter. also, hair. The tv didn't work in the first room so they put us in another one. There was no tv guide nor any documentation on attractions in the area. The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms.

Woke up covered in bed bug bites. Missed the wedding I came in for to go to urgent care. The hotel refused to refund me for the x2 nights which resulted in over 20 bed bug bites. I also killed a spider in the room. I’m disgusted by the room, the service and their refusal to even apologize or refund me. Everything about this place is dirty. Worst hotel experience of my life.
