The Space:

Snow drifts softly outside as you warm your hands by the wood-burning fireplace, the scent of pine filling the air. Through the wide windows, the mountains rise in quiet splendor, their slopes brushed with fresh powder. After a day spent skiing Whistler and Blackcomb, you can slip into the private hot tub, where rising steam mingles with the crisp evening air under a starlit sky.



Living spaces

Spread across two levels, this Whistler chalet offers space to relax and reconnect after days on the mountain. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Whistler’s winter landscape, while natural stone and exposed log beams bring a touch of rustic warmth indoors. The main living area centers on a wood-burning fireplace and a home theatre system with surround sound, ideal for cozy movie nights. Mid-2021 updates introduced refreshed furnishings and local artwork by Stacey Bodnaruk, blending comfort with a touch of Whistler’s creative spirit.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for hearty aprĂšs-ski meals, featuring a Wolf gas range, granite countertops, and a central island that invites easy conversation while you cook. The dining table seats eight beside wide glass panes overlooking the snow-dusted fairway. A patio extends from this space, offering a BBQ grill and a quiet spot to breathe in the mountain air, even during the colder months.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, four bedrooms each include an ensuite bathroom, providing both privacy and comfort. The primary suite features a king bed, fireplace, TV, and private sundeck, as well as a double vanity, deep soaking jacuzzi, and glass-enclosed steam shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed and shower ensuite, while a third offers a king bed with a combined bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom provides two bunk beds, a TV, and a lounge area with bean bags and a sofa, giving younger guests their own retreat. A powder room is conveniently located on the main floor.



Amenities

Enjoy in-unit laundry with a free washer and dryer, high-speed Wifi, and a dedicated workspace complete with a desk and office chair. Essentials such as towels, linens, and bathroom basics are provided, and the home includes a safe, heating, portable fans, and standard safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Great location to Whistler Village (2.9km) and Lost Lake mountain bike trail system. Paved bike trails lead all the way to Village. The house is great for a multi-generational family, we had elementary/high school aged kids and grandparents. Highly recommend walking to the restaurant at the golf course for breakfast! The staff at Platinum Whistler was very responsive.

Perfect for Whistler

The house was exactly as advertised. It was abundently clear that the owners stay at this house at times as it is well appointed, maintained, and views are spectacular. I appreciated how clean the house was and that the kitchen was well equipped. The boot and glove dryer in garage was a great bonus! The kids and friends enjoyed the hot tub. Management company responded promptly to text messages and more than accommodating. We would love to return.

Big Sky Chalet is the perfect home away from home

I rented this home for my 40th birthday as we snowboarded on Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. This home is minutes away from all restaurants, shopping, and winter activities in Whistler Village. Whistler Platinum properties were a pleasure to work with; they are kind, responsive and timely concerning and inquiry or request. The home was georgeous, clean, spacious, and had every amenity needed while you stay away from home. Free concierge service was also helpful. I highly recommend this rental property for your next stay! We certainly made some great memories.

Family Gathering

It’s a beautiful home , nicely designed and very spacious. Kids play piano, so having the piano in the room is really a joy for us. We have a wonderful stay and many great memories at this place. We will definitely consider this place for our future trip. The only thing that I like to mention is there are so many mosquitoes around. It could be just the time of the year, or caused by the pond nearby. It could be uncomfortable at times since we do need to open doors for ventilation, and some of the door screens are not working perfectly. Just wanted to share, we still had a great time. Thank you

This Whistler Home Will Wow!

We just finished our stay at this lovely property. It is just like the pictures; with a lovely back porch overlooking the mountains, the spa and Nicklaus North Golf Course hole #1. Kitchen has everything you need to cook fantastic meals, wood-burning fireplace a delight to come home to and plenty of space for family or friends to gather. Staff is attentive, entry easy and suggestions helpful for making reservations at local restaurants. Rimrock was our favorite! This place is worth the spend.
