The space
Set along Blackcomb Mountain in the Painted Cliff complex, this two-bedroom plus den townhouse offers ski-in/ski-out access when conditions allow and places you just a brief walk from Merlin’s Run for access to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. The nearby free shuttle brings you to Whistler Village, making it easy to explore cafés, après-ski spots, and dining without needing to drive.
Inside, the living area features comfortable seating and a presto log fireplace framed by large windows that overlook the forest. A separate TV room adds another inviting place to relax after time on the slopes. The dining area accommodates six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is designed for everyday convenience, complete with the essentials you need to prepare your own meals.
Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, forest views, a TV, and direct access to a shared bathroom with heated floors, a glass-enclosed bathtub, and an overhead shower. The secondary bedroom features a king-split bed and its own TV. The den is equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds, making it an ideal spot for kids or extra guests. A second bathroom on the main level offers a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.
Outdoor living
Your private deck provides a serene place to take in the winter landscape, and the BBQ offers year-round flexibility for meals outdoors when the weather cooperates. Within the complex, a shared hot tub offers a warm, welcoming break after snowy adventures.

You’ll have secure underground parking for one vehicle, with additional guest parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a designated bike storage area, in-unit washer and dryer, and even a second fridge for extra space. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and toiletries are provided, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher. The property has a private entrance and offers self check-in with a smart lock.

Guest Access:

One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
