Each evening invites quiet moments on the patio or a cozy movie night surrounded by mountain calm.



Living spaces

Set across multiple levels, this spacious townhome blends comfort and warmth. The open-concept living area features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a large sectional facing a presto log fireplace and wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors open to a covered balcony overlooking the trees, perfect for enjoying the view with a hot drink. A dedicated workspace beside the living room offers a quiet corner for planning the day or working remotely.



Kitchen & dining

Prepare meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cooking basics you need. The dining table seats six comfortably, while the breakfast bar is ideal for quick bites before heading out. An in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to refresh clothes or ski gear after a day in the snow.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom upstairs features a king bed, large TV, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking bathtub for two and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, two twin beds, and access to a private deck. A separate full bathroom on this level offers a bath and shower combo. On the main floor, the third bedroom has two twin beds, its own TV, and nearby access to a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



Outdoor living & parking

Step onto the balcony or patio to take in the scent of pine and the peaceful forest backdrop. A BBQ and outdoor seating invite relaxed evenings after the slopes. Secure underground parking is provided for one vehicle, with additional guest parking available on a first-come basis.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
