4 bedroom ski condo - Big remodel to be finished by winter 25/26

This wonderful condo is a 4 bedroom and 3 full bathroom residence with large windows and a comfortable living space. The ownership has changed and a large remodel is underway. Carpets are being replaced with LVP. All furniture will be replaced and brand new. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, bar stools and a kitchen table. The living room has a comforting gas fireplace and a wall mounted flatscreen TV. There is a nice, large deck just off the living room to enjoy on summer afternoons or Apres Ski as well as a small patio off one of the queen bedrooms. Ski access is a short 100 yard walk to home again ski trail.
The primary bedroom suite has a king bed, dresser and TV. It also has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second, third bedroom have queen beds. The fourth bedroom will have two twin beds. Each of these three bathrooms have either a bathtub/shower or shower stall and are finished with a tile enclosure. These two bathrooms are located in the hall outside of the bedrooms.
Wifi and cable TV are provided. An in unit washer/dryer is provided. For those hot summer days, the unit has central A/C are in the unit. It is the only condo complex at Whitefish Mountain resort with central air conditioning. The unit comes with one underground parking space, a ski locker on the main floor, and use of the rooftop community patio and grill on the third floor.
Located a flat block walk/ 100 yards approximately to Home Again Ski Trail which leads down to the Base Lodge. *Ski access via Home Again Trail is 100% snow dependent. There is no guarantee it will be open at the time of your booking. Downtown Whitefish is about 15 minutes away. West entrance to Glacier National Park is less than an hour away.
