The condo itself was nice. However, the ice maker didnât work, there was a Brillo pad for the dishes but no sponge. The bedding was outdated and there was only two extra pillows for the pullout bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was dated. The hot tub was out of commission and Friday morning we woke up to construction at 7:30 am. There was only one extra roll of TP and no extra rolls of paper towels. For the amount spent for 4 nights we werenât blown away by this condo. The staff was friendly and it served its purpose for while we were there, but I would look for other accommodations next time.
Points faibles : Emplacement, exactitude de lâannonce
Beware few or no reviews
The bed was so bad we had to leave. The view off the very small balcony was of a pile of construction materials. The towels were very thin and one had a green fuzzy spot on it. Housekeeping did replace the towel when requested. Toilet paper and paper towels were extremely thin. Silverware was the cheapest I've ever seen. The only outdoor seating was at black metal tables and chairs on a patio at the edge of the parking lot with no umbrellas or other protection from the sun in 90°+ heat.
When I told the front desk person we were checking out early because of the mattress, he offered me a mattress topper. I declined and requested a refund for the remaining three nights of our reservation. Received a phone call later from someone else asking if I wanted to be moved to a different unit with upgraded bedding which I declined because I had already booked another hotel. Received a second phone call from the manager who apologized and explained that the employee should have offered an upgrade immediately. He kindly processed a refund for two nights, which did not include the VRBO fees. I then spent 45 minutes in a chat with Vrbo who ultimately said the manager would be making the final decision.
This is a very old group of condos that are individually owned. They appear to have replaced the flooring and perhaps a couch and chair. Other pieces of furniture were damaged.
We liked the condo and the location - was very easy to get up and rent bikes in the AM. We also had a nice time at Kandarhar (sp ?) restaurant. It was early September so staff was limited, but many were helpful. We were bummed that they shut down the pool and hot tub on Monday 9/9 and would not OPEN until 9/12 - I think they should of provided a free pass at the Wave (downtown) since it was a very crappy day out. But overall - good experience. Montana is big and beautiful
