Mountain Harbor #114 offers unique charm and character that sets it apart from more modern properties. It is a vintage gem, boasting lake views, and a deeded boat slip available for rent through the HOA only (must contact for availability) allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the wonders of Whitefish Lake. Step onto the spacious wooden deck, where you can indulge and easily access the beauty of the lake. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is designed to welcome you to the comforts of a true lakeside haven. On the main level of the condo, the cozy kitchen opens up to a generous living room, complete with a pullout queen sofa bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Also on the main level you will find a charming queen bedroom and full bathroom with a convenient shower/tub combo.

Venture upstairs to discover two more inviting bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom boasting a king bed, mounted flat-screen TV, and master bath with a bathtub (please note that this bathroom does not have a shower). The third bedroom features a queen bed, a cozy reading nook with a loveseat, and a TV, creating a delightful space for relaxation. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, providing convenience and comfort. During the summer months, you'll appreciate the portable air conditioning units in both upstairs bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant temperature for restful nights.

However, please be aware that the owner of this home has a dog, so it may not be suitable for individuals with severe pet allergies.
*The HOA does not permit parking Motorhomes, RVs, Sprinter Vans, Trailers, Boats, Snowmobiles Etc...in the Resort.

Refreshing stay in Whitefish

Our family had an amazing summer stay at this cozy lakeside townhome. We really enjoyed the views/sunsets of Whitefish lake from the back deck, quick access to the private beach and pool, and the surrounding peaceful/friendly community. The unit is very well kept and thoughtfully stocked with kitchen amenities, housewares and pool/beach toys. Not to mention its prime location, only a few minutes away from downtown Whitefish and 30ish mins away from Glacier Natl. park West entrance.

Lakeside Townhouse

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Whitefish at this townhouse by the lake. Great complex, good for walking and the October trees provided beautiful fall colors. It’s a middle unit and it was nice and quiet since neighbors on both sides were gone. Great location for our several trips to Glacier Park, golfed in Whitefish and enjoyed several delicious restaurants in the charming town. We loved sitting on the deck in the late afternoon overlooking the large green lawn and the lake view. The only thing I would change is the design of the living room. The large fireplace and small window block the lake view and makes it dark. Also, the two queen beds need replacing. We would definitely go back to this townhouse and highly recommend it.

Great location, dated musty unit

Pros: Great location and sizable unit. Cons: Strong musty odor in the unit. Possibly from smokers? Extremely dated and some deferred maintenance such as pocket doors that are stuck shut and peeling wallpaper. Nothing appears to have been updated in the unit since construction with the exception of kitchen counters and downstairs wood flooring. Not mentioned in any of the reviews is that Whitefish is a train town. Thursday night, trains came through blowing their whistles every couple of hours. Friday night it happened twice, and thankfully not at on Saturday and Sunday. If you are anything but the soundest of sleepers, you will be kept up.

Location is wonderful and view from the deck is beautiful. The condo is dated, peeling wallpaper in some rooms, unusual AC system that worked but in the master bedroom the window unit was not sealed and the room had stink bugs crawling on the walls and lamp shades every night. The kitchen had everything we needed. For the cost of the unit it seemed strange that we were told we would have to contact our own plumber if there were plumbing problems, fortunately that didn’t happen. Check out time was a little early, 10am and additional charges were applied for later checkouts. Please be aware that you are automatically charged a damage fee with no refund. If you decline they will take a credit card and place a pending charge and then charge a processing fee if there is not any damage to the unit. There are 2 fireplaces in the unit but you cannot use them. Like I said the location is great but I would probably look for a more updated property for the price.

Beautiful Location

We absolutely loved the house and community. Even before we reached the place, we were excited about our stay there and were looking forward to it from the time we booked. When we reached the place, though it was smoky, the view of the mountains and the lake was still something we could enjoy. The place gave us memories we would keep forever. The house had stocked all the amenities right from kitchen, laundry and cleaning supplies that was useful during our stay. Wi-Fi connectivity issues were the only problem we faced during the first 2 days of our trip. The property manager Amanda helped us through this process by working with the local internet providers and getting the network connectivity restored. We liked the professionalism and the support offered by Amanda and her team during our stay. Thank you Amanda!.

Perfect place

Condo was in perfect location. Close to town and Glacier National as well. Beautiful views of lake and mountains. Spent day on lake which was gorgeous. Spectacular visit!!!
