Welcoming helpful staff. Clean room. Minimal noise from motorway however, I must’ve been near a laundry room as I could hear washing machine sounds all night. Room could benefit from power points or USB points near the bed..

The bed was comfortable and the bath and showers worked. The TV reception was poor. The lights above the mirror in the bedroom can only be switched at the wall socket by the entrance doode. Staff were helpful and polite.

Last minute stay… very basic breakfast offered but no one around to ask or sort out!
Room was ok but not well finished. Paint flicks on chair and all over bathroom
The staff in duty went above and beyond. When I had issues with a room they moved me twice and we're very friendly.
Bedroom 1 - toilet leaked

Bedroom 3 - (final) stain on bed base, carpet torn and faded. Bathroom smelt odd, old bath thing.
The bed was comfortable but I just feel the maintenance done on this hotel and the cleaning service let it down. Some really basic upkeep was ignored. Really needs a refurb.
Nevertheless, I cannot stress how helpful the man on the front desk was throughout as well as how friendly he was to make sure things could get resolved. Even when he was trying to go on break he was willing to help me out.
The access to the service station was superb, so you had options for meals and didn't have to travel far for them

Saff are brilliant, very friendly and really wanted to help unfortunately regional senior management still have not provided a deafguard as required by the equality act 2010 putting both myself and staff at risk in a fire, also interior is getting tired, i had a flooding issue in room 19 and room 15 smelt damp musty and needs a deep clean.
Not sure where to start with this one.
I’ll admit I did make the booking only a few weeks away from our arrival and because of that some of our regular hotels in the area were not available. I took a look at this Days in online and while it wasn’t ideal in terms of location I figured it looked ok for the few days we needed it.
The first issue was I booked a family room with multiple beds and was given a room with a single bed. When I went to the front desk I was told that even though I booked a room with multiple beds they decided to give me one with a single bed because I put on guest at time of booking.
I also prepaid for the early check in a few days before arrival and it was not in the system when I arrived. All that said the gentleman at the front desk did change the room and allow the 1pm check-in.
I thought that was the end of any issues until I actually got into the room, the condition of the room left a bit to be desired. I’m not sure when last the carpet had ever been cleaned. There was Mold in the shower and around the tub, I had to create a shower mat out of a plastic bag in order to use it. There were spiders and other creatures in the room.
The bathroom sink drain was stuck shut and I asked a member of staff to assist hoping he would see the condition of the room and maybe realise the room hadn’t been cleaned (in months) he just banged at it with a spoon and acted like I should have been able to fix it.
This was not a great experience at all.
Our family was traveling internationally and couldn’t make local phone calls when our rental car had a puncture issue, the hotel owner was very nice and helpful to call rental company to arrange road side assistance. Much appreciated!
