    There was poo on the outside rim of the toilet. Had to clean it so my toddler could use it

    The maintenance standards need to be elevated to a higher level. The rooms are currently not thoroughly clean and would benefit from refurbishing and deep cleaning. Additionally, the odor upon entering the property significantly affects perceptions of hygiene and presentation. Overall, the property requires substantial maintenance improvements to achieve a five-star rating; at present, it is more aligned with a one-star level. It is essential to prioritize maintenance in all guest rooms and the lobby area to reach a five-star standard. The current standards are below expectations. Being a budget hotel does not mean that pride in the property should be compromised. Instead, it should reflect dedication to maintaining and caring for what is available. Running a successful operation is an achievement—take pride in your property and demonstrate care for the building, which will help it stand out. By doing so, there will be no need to rely on artificial images or false impressions to convey the quality of the hotel.

    The hotel the room & the staff were lovely, the only downside is there are 2 days inn hotels within half a mile of each other with the same postcode the south hotel where i stayed is down some very dark & small country lanes & is hard to find at nightime.
