everything was clean and new. gorgeous pillows, mattress and bedding. Restaurant was wonderful. Loved the balcony view of mountains and stream. Too cold to go bike riding but they had electric bikes.

I had a wonderful winter escape at this Catskills hotel. The staff was truly stellar—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect for a peaceful reset, with quiet mountain views that felt worlds away from the city. The amenities were exactly what I needed to unwind and recharge. I left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return.

The staff were all fantastic! The room was clean. However, the room was missing some things, and the infrastructure seemed outdated and noisy. There was no coffee available in the morning, the water pressure in the shower was VERY weak. There was place for our cloths, the TV did not have TV access - only based on our own streaming subscriptions. That being said - beautiful property, tremendous staff working there!

The property was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall our stay was great. My only complaint would be the inconvenience about morning coffee. There is no coffee pot in the rooms and no coffee in the lobby. You have to walk to another building to a bakery to purchase coffee and they don’t open until 7:00. My husband is an early riser and likes his coffee

We had a great experience at the Wylder! Beautiful and clean rooms. The Sunday yoga was great. There is a 1.5 mile trail loop near the property which is perfect for a day time run or even an after dinner walk. To note there is no hot water kettle/ coffee in the rooms and the onsite cafe doesn’t open until 7 so no caffeine options for an early riser.
