The property and buidlings and rooms were filthy. The sofa bed in our room was stained and ripped. The security lock on our wasnt there.

Won’t stay here again

Room 114 Food left in fridge from previous people and the freezer leaked water on our food we stored in it overnight. Hair on and in bath tub Toilet not secure, my boyfriend almost fell over until he secured the bolts Drain broken off in tub, not able to take a bath Light fixtures not fully functional - usb doesn’t work, directional lights have broken ends Microwave not plugged in, had to be moved to reach a plug in and one leg missing from bottom, therefore wobbles When we complained to the front desk we were told there were no other rooms and that the second night we would be moved to another room. When we approached the person at the desk to be moved the second night they knew nothing of the issues we reported. Overall the room was not clean, splatter in the ceiling, the bathroom floor had black buildup in corners.

My room had stains on the sheets and sofa. We got moved to second room which not until later discovered additional stains in the room. Felt very uncomfortable and would not return.

Terrible place

I booked a room with hot tube and hot without it. I was expecting to have a pool at the hotel as its was written and showed on the pictures, but no pool was at the hotel. I inform of very late check inn at 23:00 and ask for late check out at 15:00 and got refused. After that the receptionist stall to call to the room at 2 in the night and also house keeping wanted to clean the room and started to Clinick at the room at 7 am when we were sleeping after long hours of driving , so they woke us up! I am very disappointed, as it was first romantics stay with my spouse and the hotel destroyed all romantic and made our stay terrible. Don’t hi there! Terrible place that can not provide service

The room was clean but the fan in the washroom made noise when turned on and the toilet made a repeated flushing sound for about a minute after flushing. There are train tracks nearby but thank goodness it passed around 7:30 am and not earlier. We had a king size bed and the mattress was very stiff and uncomfortable. Had we been there for more than a night I would have asked for different room but not sure if that would have made a difference. We've been trying to find a good hotel at a decent price in Windsor now for a while because we travel there often during the summer months, but to no avail.

Rooms were clean but entire building very dated. Went down for breakfast at 8 am and everything was picked over, coffee was empty, no plates. Had to go ask and they made pot of coffee, brought out plates and added more food. Dead skunk in parking lot all weekend. Looks like it has been there a very long time. People just parking over it. Seems like everything is just neglected.
