"We stayed two night for the Bruno Mars concert because of the convenience to the stadium. For the first night, the cost was close to $600. We ran into a few issues. One, the room was not cleaned after our first night, so when we came back to relax in the evening, we had to wait for a half hour for the housekeeper to clean. The second day, the pool was closed. The sign said it was because of a regular maintenance. When I talked to the front desk stating I wish I knew ahead of time of my booking, because that was the one thing I was looking forward to that day. They told me it was an unplanned closure, contrary to what the sign said. When I got home, I noticed they overcharged me for food and parking, I called to clarified that both charges were mistakes, they said they’d look into it and would get back to me. I had to debate with them. Because of these reasons, I would not recommend the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale & Spa. "

"Property was good. Nice outdoor breakfast area, breakfast was simple, nice small pool area in courtyard. Just outside Sun city West. Very convenient. Hallways could be updated. Suite was nice. Very comfortable with sofa, desk, kitchenette. Internet was variable. Staff was unremarkable. Maid was sweet."
