"We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but I saw many people enjoying it. The only downside was that the pool closed so early. Since there was rain every afternoon during our stay it would have been nice to use the pool a little later. The room was very spacious and the staff was friendly and courteous. "

"tl;dr This is a good hotel with nice, helpful employees. But it's rundown and seriously needs a refresh. The TV in our room wouldn't work. Exploration revealed the cable connection wasn't screwed into the back of the TV because it was broken. Rather than just bringing in another TV, they moved us, which was fine. In the new room the TV worked but the hvac was extraordinarily loud, to the point where we wanted to turn it off. Adjusting the temp so it wouldn't come on at all did not work. The on-off controls didn't work. So we had to just unplug it."

"Room was clean, kitchen was stocked, we had everything we needed without having to disturb staff or be disturbed. We came over Mother’s Day weekend and it was very chaotic. The lobby had a disgruntled customer who came in early to get her room key and had to wait four hours until check in. She made a scene and was very loud complaining about how she wasn’t being catered to fast enough. Jenna assisted me during check in and was balancing the lobby full of other customers the disgruntled customer and me. She was friendly, worked efficiently and tried hard to accommodate the complaint while checking me in. She did a great job. Check out was easy and quiet due to our check out time."

"I'm sure this place has been great - but it's seen better days now. My floor in my room was soaking wet - they moved me to another room. Everything is just tired now. Too bad for such a great facility."
