Welcome to your dream retreat in Yarmouth Port! This stunning 3500 sqft 1880 Captains home, is designed to offer an unforgettable getaway experience.
Renovated in 2014 and updated in 2022, this spectacular antique home boasts a beachy, modernist design - stylish yet cozy and comfortable.
The first floor impresses with its grand living room and a spacious family room with lots of books and a game cabinet with games, puzzles and toys to entertain your guests on a rainy day.
A bright and airy dining room with access to the large back porch, and a fully equipped remodeled kitchen are perfect for hosting memorable feasts with loved ones. The kitchen seats 4, the dining room 8 to 10 people.
The kitchen is furnished with all necessary appliances including a ceramic cook-top, built in oven, dishwasher and design refrigerator. It is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, Breville toaster, Magic bullet, coffee maker, milkfoamer, pots & pans. The pantry next to the kitchen offers further glassware and basic pantry items. You will find a new washing machine and dryer in the laundry room next to the kitchen.
Next to the dining room, in the âbirdwatching roomâ a den with access to the back porch with a comfortable Le Corbusier daybed and an Eero Aarnio Ballchair you can watch birds and wildlife in the large backyard.
A large queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is situated close to the front entrance on the first floor for those who want to avoid climbing the stairs to the second floor.
A half bathroom is located right next to the dining room and an outdoor shower on the porch.
From the first floor two separate stairways, one next to the back entrance and one next to the front entrance of the house lead to the second floor where four more bedrooms await, providing a haven of comfort and relaxation.
