The room was lovely but the builders didn’t bother to insulate the ceilings. We could hear the lady above us talking like she was in the next room. Shocking. But she was not loud or noisy. So, no problem. Just can’t figure out why owners aren’t more concerned about good insulation/sound reduction construction. It’s a lovely hotel and should provide quiet rooms. Despite that unsolvable issue, we would stay there again.
