Arrived late, got our key cards and a shuttle ride to the building we were staying in. Got to our room and no wifi password anywhere. Went back to main building and talked with the desk clerk. Why? The room phone did not work and I did not have cell signal. He told me I did not need a password, just select “Nova Hotels” from the wifi list. He showed it to me. I make my way back to the room only to learn Nova Hotels wifi is not available in that building. Back to the front desk. Then I was told to scan the QR code to access wifi password. Well without wifi or cell signal that is not possible. Back to the room I go to get some sleep. My wife and I cuddled tightly trying to sleep but the room was so cold. The thermostat was maxed but it was not adequately heating the room.
The next day I relayed all of this to the GM. He sent maintenance who fixed the heat issues and I finally got the password so we could let people know we made it.
Room staff were wonderful. Restaurant quality was sad. Cold and dry omelet, buffet was looking pretty dry so I ordered fresh. Didn't help, couldn't finish it
I would seriously consider other options before booking here.
