I feel like the place is really average for the price they are asking. It needs renovations, the amenities are seriously lacking, and there was no wifi in the rooms. The location was good, given it was just a 30 minutes drive to old faithful.

Everything except the breakfast was super. Breakfast was terrible. Round flavorless eggs , sausage questionable and burritos. Very little fruit and no pastries. I would not recommend this place because of the breakfast.

Great location but very limited food options given the grill closes early so you’re left with the inn for dinner with no reservations until at least 9pm so book before you go. Inn has ok food. Limited seating due to low staff but that’s based on current us administration. No info ahead of time that you need to go to the reservations building to check in , which doesn’t have a sign for ‘check in’ so must stop there first. No service but you’ll find this is one park where you won’t get service anywhere so know route before you go.

Good location for visiting Grand Teton and Yellowstone parks. One restaurant was closed for the season and my days started before the other opened and it was closed by the time I returned in the evening. The rooms were clean but the facility could use updating. The staff was also very helpful and courteous.

Very limited food options, poor wifi, bathroom was not very clean. Location was great, but limited things to do in the immediate area. Would not recommend, especially for the price.

Beds not comfortable at all. All rooms with full size mattress it is terrible for what they charge! No drinking fountains in a whole building. Shower so tiny and small , that you even not able to bend and wash legs.

Terrible food.

The registration process and room were fine. Do much noise from housekeeping cleaning the room above us and then creaking floors, that it was impossible to sleep. Beds spongy and uncomfortable. Worst thing was the food in the restaurant. Poor quality and overcooked. Fish and chips seemed a safe option but was cremated. Linguine sauce sounded great, but tasted like tinned soup. Worst meal in 2 weeks and overpriced at that. I’d heard national park food quality was awful and it met the awful expectations.

The lodging was perfect for us. Only problem was restaurants in area closed at 6:30 or the ones open didn’t have reservations before 9:00.

Everything was great except the food situation, because it was the end on the season, only the main resturant was open and there were no other options avaliable. Lots of tables but limited staff so empty tables and people waiting.

We had a bad experience with the only restaurant in the area . ( Dinner required reservation and so I called in the morning to do so. I was told the only available time was 9pm. It was too late for us so I asked if I can get takeout. Person on the phone told me takeout is available and I can go any time. When we went to the restaurant for takeout in the evening, we were told it's their policy to not offering takeout.) We told The staff at front desk about the incident. The lady at front desk immediately called the restaurant manager and tried helping us to resolve. But the restaurant insisted they had to stick with their policy. We ended up eating crackers and apples in our room for dinner but the front desk staff offered us 20% discount on our stay.

Our room was roomy, but there was no lift to second floor. Luckily we are older, but fit, and could move suitcases. If you are not, ask for first floor. The area is very quiet, and we were late in the season so the store wasn’t open. Beautiful lake views.

Not worth paying extra to stay in the park

The room was filthy. Hair all over the tub, no toilet paper. Beds were very hard and bumpy. No tv or internet for a rainy day.

Our Deluxe Double room was good for the 2 of us. But it’s very isolated! There is no WiFi - only weak WiFi in the Reception building that was crowded in the evening (it has only 4 chairs, the rest of us were standing). Also the Dining Room was by reservation only (and we had to show our email confirmation because they have no Wifi). Walk-ins were told to drive to the next restaurant, 30 minutes each way.

Forgot to ask for a first floor room. Stairs are difficult for me Great area and cabin feel for a national park Registration was difficult to find in the dark. GPS did not direct me. Another person who stayed in the park directed us to it Ate one night at the restaurant. Had the trout and a dessert. Fabulous
