Wonderful stay!

Vista Premio, an excellent hotel in all aspects however a slight distance to walk from train station. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and will still consider this hotel should I come back to Yokohama!

Regrettable restaurant assistant

フロントが最上階、レストランがその下と眺めが最高でした。フロントの対応やホテルの部屋には何も問題ありませんでした。 ただ、朝食の際のレストランの対応が横柄でびっくりしました。例えば、レストランを出るときに、最初に渡された、席を確保するカードは、最後にどうすればいいかか分からないので、スタッフに確認した所、裏を見てくださいを繰り返すだけで非常に面倒そうに対応されました。カードの前面を改善してもいいのでは。

Hotel Vista was close to the places we wanted to visit in Yokohama. It had very easy access to the waterfront and was only a 15min walk from the train station direct from the airport. The rooms were a nice size for Japan and the view from the lobby on 20th floor was amazing both during the day and at night.

Hotel Vista Premio was a pleasure to stay in. Location is close to the harbor which has a nice walkway. There are large malls nearby with lots of restaurants. The room was larger than I expected with a nice view. Shower and tub room was nice and big. I had toothbrushes and razor along with other amenities which were replaced daily if used. No coffee machine in the room, but, free coffee was available in the lobby which was located on the 20th floor. I found Vista Premio to be reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area also. I would stay here again if I stayed in Yokohama.
