Overall it was amazing.. relaxing, beautiful scenery. FIRST AND LAST IMPRESSION IS IMPORTANT... this is my experience with Hotel Nikko Alivila front desk staff. Upon check in, front desk reluctant to speak English to the guest who had made the reservation. She would perferred to speak Japanese to co-guest. She laughed when approached and replied, I will TRY to speak English. Everytime, I approached the front desk.. I found it's lacking communication & professionalism to intenaterional tourist.
