One thing that was kind of annoying was we drove to Victoria B.C. for a show. We arrived to the hotel to be told that my buddy's vehicle was too tall for valet parking when it doesnt say on the company website nor the booking website. Would probably be a good idea to clarify that if a vehicle is too tall you will have to figure it out rather than saying "parking available".

The BW in downtown Victoria is a stone's throw from everything. But the real gem is the service! Every single staff member is attentive and guest focused, with a small in their face! Five star service! Thank you to all of the staff members for making my stay feel welcomed.

This hotel was one of the best Best Western we have stayed. The rooms were clean and super comfortable. The staff was amazing, super nice and helpful. The hotel was with in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and many attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beware: These rooms are noisy! I couldn’t sleep until 11pm because the doors do nothing to stop sound transfer. If you are by the elevator you’ll be paying to lay awake listening to people come and go as if they are walking through your room. I’ll never stay here again. Ever. I wouldn’t even stay for free.

All in all it’s a great hotel! My only complaint is the mattress. It was very uncomfortable and gave me a sore back which is not ideal when exploring the city!! Great location!
