Hi Pam, thank you for the great rating and for choosing to stay with us. I do apologize if the kitchen noise was a bother and I have informed our maintenance team to take a look and probably replace it if it is defective. We do hope the rest of your stay in our beautiful city was a memorable one.

Unimpressed with the hotel. I told them I had to charge my car and if they would let me plug my car in I would pay for parking. Otherwise I would park on the street. They told me I could park and charge in their designated spot and was presented with terrible customer service. And not able to plug my vehicle in. Street parking is a far better option for this hotel. The valet is a dick.

It appears as though there might have been some miscommunication during your stay, as we do have electric vehicle charging. Sometimes there may be others who need it before you, but we will always do our best to make sure everyone has access to it at some point. We do not however, condone foul language or abuse of our team either at the hotel or on this site. Our team and especially our bell/valet team is constantly praised for their 'above and beyond' levels of service and it is completely inappropriate to use language as you have.

The staff is always amazing and I look forward to seeing the renovated rooms. Pool is always a bit too cold though.
