My husband and I love the Embassy Inn! It is so close to the BC Parliament Building, the Inner Harbour and our brother and sister-in-law who live just behind the Empress. The staff are always friendly, our check-ins and outs are so easy, our rooms are always super-clean, the sheets have such a high-thread count they "crinkle" :) and best of all is their included breakfast. Great food, clean counters and a very restful, home-like chesterfields to eat and rest. We will be back again soon! Thank you, Embassy Inn!

Hotel areas and room were very clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Early check in was denied at 2.15pm. Check in lady said that room was not ready. Given the " not many people showed up at breakfast" thinking it cant be that hard to have a room ready st 2.15pm. Just my thoughts.

The constant drilling and heavy construction noise that began at 7 am was unbearable. Despite paying $160 for a room to rest, it was detrimental to my sleep. The room on the 4th floor had a large window on the ceiling, which made it even harder to sleep. I feel like I wasted my money booking this hotel.
