This is one our favourite hotels in Victoria. I have been staying here since the 80s and it never disappoints. Great location, excellent value, good service and exceptionally clean. The addition of Floyd’s Diner adjacent to the hotel is also a new added bonus.

Our stay started well as we received a free upgrade to a bigger room, which is always a nice surprise. The room was quite vintage, but very well equipped with lots of dishes in the kitchen. The room had what looked like old mouse droppings on the bed and some of the other furniture. It is an older hotel in Victoria so that is not overly surprising or a deal breaker. All in all a great stay

Friendly desk, clean spacious Room with fully equipped kitchen! Suite had Bedroom separate from the living area , quiet location close to many attractions and downtown area. Swimming pool, hot tub and so much more. I had to check my billl as I thought I read the room rate incorrectly. Very good deal. I’ll definitely go back.
