The decor is a bit dated but the room was clean, Nice quiet place to stay close to everything. I would have given it a 5 if the pool and exercise room were not being renovated during my stay.

The reception was so friendly and kind!! We entered our room and realized they upgraded us to an upper floor sweet! The room was so clean, comfortable and perfect! What a lovely Hotel!!

Rooms are clean, some minor water damage in the bathroom that looked painted over. Great location but sadly the pool and spa was down for annual maintenance. Room could hear traffic noises that woke me up a few times. Will come back again.

We were really pleased to be upgraded to the King bed and suite room which was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and helpful. Great place to stay in the heart of Victoria.
