Dear Dave, Thank you for taking the time to respond to our survey and for the great comments. You are absolutely right, our views are nice but unfortunately, not breathtaking. What we lack in that area we try to make up with great service, excellent value and an unbeatable location for exploring Victoria. We have no air conditioning in individual rooms but have cooled air in the public areas. A fan and an open window usually provide for a comfortable stay.
