Overall, will likely not return nor suggest this hotel to our friends and family. The staff were great and very professional. The facility leaves much to be desired as it is quite dated. There is no ramp nor alternative to the stairs for anyone with mobility restrictions or heavy suitcases. The walls and floors are quite thin. You can hear all the street traffic along with the walking of people next door or even in the unit below your own. If your neighbors are talking you can also hear every word. The sheer curtains were torn and our bath towel had stains also.

I wish the room had air conditioning. It took a long time to check in as the desk agent had to give computer lessons to a man who couldn’t figure out hi wifi connection

The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. We drove around for 30 minutes trying to find a place to park just to check into the hotel. We tried calling the front desk but was put on hold while we drive in circles around the block. Finally we found a small space to park the car so we could go to the front desk. Then we where told that parking was under the hotel and we needed a key card to get in and that it would be a charge of 15 dollars extra a night, or we could try to find a park on the street with a parking meter. At this point i was very angry. The room was clean but the beds they said were queen size where actually double beds. The maids at the hotel are nice but don't talk much. I won't stay here again.

Room was clean and hotel close to everything. There was a government strike and protesters outside our room window. Constant noise with music and car honking from 8am to 5pm. Too many homeless in the area with feces and garbage on the sidewalk near the hotel. Pool was also not open

Stay was good. Location is excellent. Room was nice and service staff was excellent. However, it should be made clearer in promotional materials that there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms. Our room had a small fan and the windows opened, but even in late September, the room at times was uncomfortably warm.
