Hotel and restaurant staff excellent. Room clean & functional - funny, light switch poorly located behind drapes. Hotel being renovated, however not noisy - might be limited parking = only downside at this time. Suspect excellent rate reflects this.

We had a “kitchenette” in our room they was lacking a lot of needed necessities to be able to cook in our room as we had little ones and wanted to at least have breakfast in our room. Having to ask for chairs for the table, a frying pan and they not having a toaster was disappointing and front desk acting shocked we were asking for essentials that should be in our room or included with a kitchenette.

We have stayed here many times because we like the location and access to services in the area, like the casino and Costco and the mall. We were very disappointed by the room and hottub. Our room was so hot it was like a sauna and they locked the thermostat and you could not turn down the temperature. We were so hot all night we barely could sleep we were sweating. But they locked the thermostat which is pretty indecent to the comfort of those paying to feel the comfort that they feel in their own homes. The hot tub was also disgusting the water was so dirty the water was black! You could not even go in because once we went in a realized how black it was we couldn’t even see our feet. It was greasy and cold. The water was cold and it wasn’t even hot. We usually stay at this hotel because it has a pool and a sauna we will think twice before trying to come back here after coming here for years we will try a new hotel

We usually like staying here, however this year the rooms weren’t as clean/fresh as in past visits. But our main concern was actually the pool/hot tub. The hot tub was luke warm, and not very clean. The pool appeared ok, but all 3 kids who went in got rashes all over their bodies, we let the front desk know, but not sure anything will be done.

Room was fine. Disappointed the bar wasn’t open and we weren’t notified at time of booking, we would have gone elsewhere. Parking was a nightmare as well because of all the construction vehicles. Pool area was fine. Would probably go somewhere else next time.

Enjoyed our stay, room was large and clean. Too bad the restaurant was under construction Would definitely stay again. Staff friendly and helpful as I forgot items in dresser but was able to pick them up the next day. Great housekeeping service!
