The room had wet water damaged floors, soggy baseboards and smelled of mold. I asked at the front desk for a refund and was told a manager would look into it in the morning, but i got no response the next day and we had to check-out before the manager arrived. the parking lot is tiny and was not easy to park our truck. i definitely wont be staying here again and will be calling to inquire about a refund.

After driving non-stop from Jasper, I was exhausted when I finally checked into the hotel. I was given a key card, but the door to room L wouldn’t open, so I had to go back and forth several times. Eventually, someone opened the door for me manually, but I wasn’t given a key until I was about to fall asleep. The lotion bottle in the room was empty, and the hair dryer smelled like it was burning, so I was too scared to use it. I will never use Days Inn again in my life.

Booked a honeymoon king suite with hot tub and got a standard room with a bed that looked like a double. Went down and showed my booking information from Expedia and after 15 of the front desk being on the phone looking for answers we were upgraded to what was supposed to be there best suite unfortunately it was just two rooms with a two beds nothing even remotely close to what we had booked. Makes question the hotel and Expedia. Awful experience.
