What a pleasant surprise and a gem in Kamloops. Clean, quiet night in a residential neighbourhood close to downtown. We will stay again for sure.

Used to stay here frequently, mainly because of the restaurant that provided good food at a reasonable price and was very handy after a long day’s drive. Without it, the experience is not the same. That said it is still a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced place to stay. Disappointed to have to have an extra damage deposit charged to the card along with the room fee. Taking a card in case of incidentals is one thing but completing a second charge to the card is too much.

The suite was good to stay in. The only complaints we have was that the rooms were cold. The main room and the bathroom were ice cold. We turned the heat on because it is -12 outside. It took an hour to warm the main room. It would be nice if the heat was on in the rooms to make it more comfortable when entering. The host had no problem w us staying longer as our appointment was not till noon. Thank you very much and we will return and hopefully the restaurant will be open.

I think this problem might be with Expedia and how you interface with The businesses you work with. Between Expedia and Scott's Motor Inn No one was able to shorten my booking by two nights and I was made to pay for that even though I tried to make the change a month in advance. This was expensive for me and I probably won't use Expedia again now unless to use some credit. As for Scott's, I have used an appreciated this motel throughout my life. For some reason when I got there with my very elderly dad this time they had changed my booking to the second floor despite my specific request to be on the first floor. Fortunately, the woman at the front desk was able to move things around to accommodate my father's physical limitations.
