Your front desk staff was horrible - turned away my wife and kids despite having the room paid for already. He was rude, offensive and belligerent. He was lucky I wasn’t there to deal with his awful attitude face to face. Learn some basic etiquette when you come to work in Canada !

A practical and convenient stay in Kamloops

An affordable and well-appointed stay in Kamloops. A good central location with easy access to many locations. This hotel is a solid offering for the price with a good basic kitchen set-up. As others have noted the lack of coffee machines in the rooms is odd, or at least a kettle. Front desk staff were responsive to requests. I would also say a bit more could be done to organize the parking with the hotel to improve the convenience for larger vehicles (e.g. ask smaller vehicles to park in the back and larger vehicles could then maneuver more easily into the front stalls (the back was very tight once many cars were parked there). There is some highway noise but in general the neighbourhood was quiet and the stay was comfortable.

New and clean hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Would have liked some glassware instead of just plastic cups and coffee and tea I. Rooms. There also wasn’t a blow dryer. Higher quality sheets would be a great addition to the comfortable bed as the sheet on the bed had began to pill. If these few things were adjusted I believe the value would be worth the stay!
