It’s such a lovely hotel in a good location! The staff is incredible! They are so polite, welcoming, and top notch customer service! However, I saw two rats in the coffee shop downstairs near the lobby!

If your staying in the Laurel wing , rooms are outdated, close to other rooms and you can hear your neighbors...through the hallways, doors slamming shut, people using water in their bathrooms, and tvs on. For such a nice hotel, these rooms arent worth the price.

Have stayed many times at this hotel and will continue to. The views are amazing - especially at night when the buildings in the area are lit up. Water views and views of the Empress Hotel and Parliament buildings will be sure to impress. Many great restaurants within walking distance including the hotel restaurant - excellent food and service.

Very nice view, pool was a little colder than we expected but ithet than that the room was lovely and we enjoyed the coffee in the morning and breakfast was very tasty. Celebrated our 4 year anniversary this weekend. Great location as well.
