Nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Good location for us but this downtown neighbourhood has declined. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Delicious cookies in the room. Small lobby, Unloading zone on busy street. $25/night safe clean underground parking but located across the street.

Underground parking is across the street, but very secure and well lit. The gym is a block away which was a little inconvenient early in the morning and had to deal with inclement weather. The gym itself was quite nice. Otherwise front desk staff were very friendly, helpful. Would stay here again.

This was the worst experience ever. I travel a lot for work and been to Victoria 3 times this year. This was my 4th and only time I chose this place. Never again worst stay, staff was useless and unhelpful. The room was small and oh the standing shower was the worst.

This was a totally enjoyable stay. The hotel was incredibly clean, the staff were all so helpful and dear, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Very convenient to downtown, Chinatown and transportation. Loved it and would definitely return.

Loved the bar at the restaurant! We paid for parking which was a very good idea and easily accessible across the street. Our room was very spacious and very accessible to all the activities in the core and harbour. We really enjoyed walking about.
