Regarding the pricing of our hotel, we strive to align it with the offers from other hotels in the area. We have introduced a QR-code for tips in the room which allows our guests who prefer to give tips to our staff the convenience of doing so even if they don't have cash on hand. It is entirely optional. In our efforts to reduce single-use plastic waste, we have chosen to refill containers for shampoo and other bathroom amenities instead of providing separate individual containers. We apologize if the refill system did not work as expected during your stay, and we will address this issue to ensure that it is in proper working order for future guests.We want to clarify that we do not expect our guests to bring their own bathroom items. If anything is missing in the room or if you require additional amenities, our Front Desk is available to assist you.
