Everything was great except for the restaurant. Why offer crab cakes if you have to add shrimp to save on cost. The worst part was getting coffee to go for 2 people and having to pay $10 for 2 average cups of coffee. The coffee was horrible, compared to going to a shop and paying half the price. Overpriced and not good at all. Do not go to the restaurant for coffee at all, a total rip off.

Outstanding customer service from every single encounter at the hotel. My room was newly renovated, beautiful, comfortable and the views were stunning. I had an event at the hotel in one of the conference rooms where the attendees ate a preordered buffet while I spoke. The view from the conference room was beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were like ghosts they were so quiet and unobtrusive. It went off amazingly well. The only drawback at this particular point in time (mid-March’24) is some very loud renovation work that you can hear throughout the hotel. I had a four hour webinar that I had to participate on camera for and could not possibly stay in my room so they set me up in a small conference room in the lower lobby where I was not bothered by the sound. It was free of charge and I was very grateful. Lastly, the restaurant, wow! I ate there 3 times, breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was amazing all 3 times. The staff were fast, friendly, efficient and very accommodating of the fact that I had to work down there a couple of times due to the noise in my room. I can’t say enough about their great service. All in all I will highly recommend this property and stay here again. But if noise between 10am-4pm is a factor, you may need to stay elsewhere until the renovations are complete. Call the hotel to confirm before booking.

The staff are wonderful - incredibly helpful and kind! The property itself, however, I was less thrilled with. The hotel seemed to be half empty and yet when we checked in, we were given an outdated room on the lowest floor without a balcony, facing the entry way with high noise transfer. Surely there was another, somewhat similar room we could have stayed in on a different floor.

Not bad . Just we go 12/31 and we go hotel restaurant. An Asian man in glasses came out and said it was a 1person $130 special dinner, and the way he talked was so dismissive. Can you eat it? That kind of feeling? I felt bad, but I just put up with it because it was the 31, so I thought it was too expensive, so I just went to a different restaurant .!

The staff were so great! Super friendly and answered all our questions. We had booked a room with two double beds as that was cheaper than one queen, but when I asked about the price difference at reception they just moved us to a room with a king. Really enjoyed our stay.

Really like this place. It’s convenient to text the staff there to ask questions. Got cute origami crane when I moved in and Christmas cookies when I moved out.
