The morning front desk attendant was not very friendly. The afternoon staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel has three floors with no elevators, which should be clearly stated in the hotel information. The pool was cold, and the gym is small with limited exercise options. Despite the blackout curtains, they did not block external light effectively. The air conditioner was noisy, and there was no soundproofing between the rooms.

Room heater was broken. We stayed for 2 nights. They told mechanic will come and fix, but one of the receptionist came to fix when we were out and said they fixed it . But the room was freezing cold. It was a terrible experience without warmth for 2 nights. The rest of the service is good and a cheap price. But, overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially in winters.

This is a motel. It is clean and the staff are friendly. There is a pub on the property. The bathroom is small and could use a refresh. Great bed & very clean. Nice location by the Grey Goose trail on the Victoria reservoir.
